Description:
EVA laminated glass with bronze color metal coated mesh fabric is low iron glass laminate in which bronze color metal coated polymer mesh fabric laminated by EVA interlayer. Compared with pure metal mesh such copper mesh or steel mesh , metal coated polymer mesh fabric has very high metal glossness and featherlight in weight and also be more antioxidant, easy to handle. Due to the mesh type and pattern , different privacy level can be available with transmittance light between 25-60%. Aluminium,Copper,Bronze,Inox,Titanium metal coating and customized color and pattern can be available.

Internal Test: We have tested SGP glass laminate with metal coated polymer fabric according to the following standard:
1. Two hour Boiling Test
2. Pummel Test
3.-40 celcius Degree 360 hours
4. 85 celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours
5. 150 celcius degree baking 2 hours
6.85 celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celcius degree 2 hours, freeze&thaw total 10 cycles
7. UV Radiation 2000 hours
